To go before the BOS if needed on Tuesdays meeting. All paperwork to go to Lisa Smith outlining the walk through Hinsdale and Batcheller Schools to update the need to complete all ADA issues that have been undone for the last 4 years. Will request that the School Bldg. Committee get involved to assist completion of all issues.
The State of Conn. Has possible grants for Parks and Winchester could fit into the criteria, so Jim O'Connell and Marsha Sterling will get together to seek any information thru the internet to see what is available for necessary grants to upgrade Rowley Park for handicapped accessibility for children and adults.
To speak with Tiffany and Pickett Foundation to use organization for flowers or garden, from Girl Scouts and Boy Scouts, could also be used for badge merits. Could ask what we are legally able to do to maintain the property.
Jim O'Connell will speak with Trish Toomey, Rec. Dir. to request money for the budget to repair or replace handicapped ramp at Holland Beach. To see is it can be done before the water rises in the spring. Jim +o update at March meeting.
