AGENDA REVIEW


APPROVAL OF MINUTES

Due to lack of a quorum, minutes from December were not approved.


Old Business



New Business

Although we did not have a quorum, several items were informally
discussed and members of the commission would be informed via
e-mails or phone.

 Jen would be in touch with Chair of the POCD committee,
George Closson to discuss setting up dates for GIS Map
Reading Workshop with Shane from NCD.

 We would also have to get together a list of names of
individuals who should be notified of the Workshop.
Suggestions were to talk with Charlie Karno so that his
Office would inform Town Officials and
Town Commissions. We also discussed inviting
members of the HLWA and individuals from the
Land Trusts.

 Jen also would inform the other members that James
Roberts had resigned from the commission. Since we
could not have an election this evening, Jen would ask
the other members if one of them would like to be
nominated for the Vice-Chair position. Jen and Sue
said they would continue on in their positions if that was
the consensus.

 Jen and Sue also discussed meeting with the remaining
Commissions to inform them about the purpose of the
upcoming Map Workshop. The drafts for the Natural Resources Inventory (NRI) and recommendations were also reviewed.
