The Winchester Recreation Department is responsible for providing recreation and leisure time activities for the citizens of the Town of Winchester/City of Winsted. The Department is committed to developing a progressive and responsive organization, which will not only provide quality programs but, build partnerships with residents of all ages, businesses and organizations within the community. It is our intention to achieve the goals and aspirations of all our various population groups currently, as well as in the future.
