The Town of Winchester Budget Referendum will be held on Tuesday, June 27 from 8am to 8pm at the Pearson School, 2 Wetmore Avenue, Winsted, CT .
All registered voters and people owning property over $1000 are eligible to vote. Absentee ballots are available at the Town Clerk’s office.
