NOTICE: THE TOWN OF WINCHESTER HAS CONCLUDED ITS REVALUATION

Revaluation Notices of Assessment Change were mailed on December 15, 2022, and should have arrived at your mailbox by now.

If you feel the estimated 2022 market value for your property is different and wish to have your new proposed assessment reviewed with a representative of Municipal Valuation Services, LLC, you may do so by scheduling an appointment online, using the website listed below.

All Informal hearings will be by appointment only and will be held in person at the Winchester Town Hall, located at 338 Main Street. Please provide any evidence supporting your opinion of value to the representative at the time of the review.

To schedule an appointment please go to www.munival.com/appointments and follow the instructions. The deadline to sign up for these appointments has been extended to January 5, 2023.

The PID# shown at the top of your letter is required to book your appointment. If you have more than two parcels you wish to discuss, please do not schedule online. Instead call Municipal Valuation Services at (203) 292-5500 for additional scheduling options. Please book your appointment prior to January 5, 2023.

If you do not have access to a computer, you may call Municipal Valuation Services (203) 292-5500 between the hours of 9:00 AM and 4:00 PM Monday-Friday excluding public holidays. Please keep in mind that the call center operators making the appointments are not qualified to discuss values or parcel data.
