April 20, 2026, WINCHESTER, CT – The Board of Selectmen held a Special Meeting at 6:00 PM followed by a Regular Meeting at 7:00 PM on Monday, April 20, 2026, in the Hicks Room at Winchester Town Hall to discuss and potentially act on the proposed Fiscal Year 2027 budget. The proposed Board of Selectmen budget is provided below for public review.
The budget proposal will be presented to the Annual Town Budget Meeting scheduled for Monday, May 11, 2026, at 7:00 PM at The Gilbert School, located at 200 Williams Avenue, Winsted, CT 06098.
Residents are strongly encouraged to review the proposed budget and attend the Annual Town Budget Meeting to stay informed and engaged in the budget process.
