The Town of Winchester Board of Selectmen has approved new Land Use Application fees to ensure the costs of processing applications are fully covered and not borne by taxpayers. These fees apply to applications before the Planning & Zoning Commission and the Inland Wetlands & Watercourses Commission.
The new fee schedules, which include the $60 State of Connecticut DEEP fee, will take effect October 1, 2025. They cover application types such as:
Site Plans, Special Permits, Subdivisions, and Zoning Amendments
Inland Wetlands residential and commercial applications
Modifications, renewals, and after-the-fact applications
Public hearings and expert reviews
