🚨 PARKING BAN NOTICE – TOWN OF WINCHESTER 🚨
A townwide parking ban will be in effect starting at 3:00 PM on Saturday, January 24, 2026, through 8:00 AM on Tuesday, January 27, 2026.
⚠️ IMPORTANT – MAIN STREET ONLY
Parking on Main Street will be prohibited from 11:00 PM Saturday night through Tuesday at 8:00 AM.
⏰ This parking ban is being implemented early to allow vehicles to be moved before the storm begins and to ensure safe and effective snow removal.
🅿️ WHERE YOU MAY PARK DURING THE BAN
Municipal parking is allowed at the following locations:
• Elm Street Lot (north of the firehouse)
• Old Bank of America Lot
• Pearson School Lot (off Wetmore) – parking along the left side only
🚓 ENFORCEMENT NOTICE
The Winchester Police Department will be out in FULL FORCE.
Vehicles in violation will be ticketed and towed.
Please plan ahead, move your vehicles accordingly, and help us keep our roads safe and clear.
