CLOSURE OF WHITING ST.
FROM THE WHITING MILLS DRIVEWAY TO SOUTH MAIN ST
April 3rd to April 30th, 2023
Now that the weather has improved, Dayton Construction Company will continue work on Whiting St. They will begin work replacing the drainage system and installing a Sidewalk starting at 36 Whiting St extending to 100 Whiting St Driveway and eventually extending to Holabird Avenue. Because of this work, there will be traffic disruptions.
The Road will be temporarily closed to through traffic during working hours (7AM to 5PM) to allow construction to move ahead as efficiently as possible. All properties on Whiting St will be able to access their property from Holabird Ave. If at all possible, Whiting St. residents should schedule deliveries and other traffic to use alternate routes or times during this period. The road will be opened to traffic outside of working hours.
