Relatives as Parents Program (RAPP), which is a support group for grandparents and other relatives who have taken on the role of primary caregiver for related children. We offer a support group that holds monthly meetings and features guest speakers on a variety of topics. The meetings are held here at Brooker Memorial in Torrington.
