Town of Winchester – Town Hall Closure
Due to the anticipated winter storm and hazardous travel conditions, Winchester Town Hall will be closed on Monday February 23rd.
This closure is being made out of an abundance of caution to ensure the safety of residents and staff. Essential public safety services will remain operational.
