A parking ban has been issued in the Town of Winchester beginning tonight at midnight, Thursday, February 24, 2022 and lasting through Friday, February 25, 2022 until 5PM.
Violations of said parking ban may be subject to a fine and may be subject to towing of vehicle to a private storage facility with violator responsible for associated costs. Downtown residents may utilize municipal lots including the former Bank of America lot at 44 Elm Street and the mini lot at 15 Center Street.
