Patrol Officer Joy Mikulski is the newest member of the Winchester Police Department. Officer Mikulski was welcomed by her fellow officers, members of the Board of Selectmen, town manager, and town staff as she was sworn in at Town Hall on Thursday, November 18, 2021. She joined the department this past February and spent the last seven months training at the Milford Regional Police Academy. Officer Mikulski will complete her ten weeks of field training on Saturday. As a new patrolman, Officer Mikulski looks forward to meeting those who live in this community and to building lasting relationships with residents of our town.
