Water Quality Testing

Highland Lake Watershed Association conducts regular sampling to ensure the quality of the Water within Highland Lake. These reports evaluate the following:
  • Clarity, 
  • Nutrients (nitrogen and phosphorous)
  • Oxygen, 
  • Bacteria
Reporting Concerns

Residents should report:

  • Bacterial/algal blooms
  • Erosion
  • Dumping
  • Septic issues
  • Excessive runoff
  • Invasive species sightings
