Here’s your chance to learn more about the operation of Town of Winchester departments in an interactive, fun way. The nine-week Citizen’s Academy begins on Wednesday, September 13th, 2023 in the Hicks Room on the second floor of Town Hall from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM and will then continue to meet on Wednesday evenings through November 8th at various town facilities including the Senior Center, Water Treatment Plant, Public Works Garage, and more.
