The Town of Winchester Department of Public Works will begin chip sealing operations today.
Please note:
- Today's parking ban begins at 12:00 p.m.
- Beginning tomorrow, the parking ban will be in effect daily from 6:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. for the remainder of the week.
